BIO-ABSORBENT BARRIER FOR AQUATIC APPLICATIONS
OilKontrol comes as a barrier filler 3 m long.
The product is made with polyester 1 00% 3D, filled with OilKontrol fiber. It is designed to contain industrial spills on water.They are 3d polyester sleeves filled with denatured, stabilized and inertized bio-absorbent fibers, designed to be used in oil spills on water, they have carabiners and double rope that allow their union with other barriers for containment and mechanical resistance on water bodies. They have been tested on the high seas, rivers, and on underwater platforms where inclement weather complicates the hydrocarbon collection process. With an absorption capacity that exceeds several times its weight, staying afloat until it is harvested. It allows to form large containment surfaces.

Packaging and Storage
Each package contains 1 Barrier made with 100% 3D polyester fabric, with uv protection to prolong its useful life outdoors, 22CM in diameter by 3.0m long, filled with 9KG of bioabsorbent collagen fibers, 100% organic, oleophilic, hydrophobic, flame retardant, harmless to the environment, with a specific weight of 0.20 g/cm3. Absorption and encapsulation capacity of up to 63ltrs of hydrocarbon per barrier, double rope (one internal and one external) to guarantee mechanical resistance to traction forces of aquatic currents, with two 7mm steel carabiners.
